Here's a lil story I'd like to share with everyone, found on the net... :3
~
It was a cloudy day, just like the day the circus came to town. The lion sat on the rocks and looked up into the sky, remembering its days with the troupe.
It was a heartbreaking story, till the very end.
The lion, still fresh, was taken into the circus under the wings of the kind ringmaster. Many days did they spend together, and it was as if the warm summer days would never end. Shelter, food, laughter, nearly everything they shared.
Until.
One day, the ringmaster found himself a new companion, one that could replace the lion. The panda had much more in common with the ringmaster and soon, the ringmaster began to forget all about those heartwarming days with the lion. Each and every memory was replaced with fresher and more enjoyable memories of the panda.
The lion was devastated, and would spend most of its remaining days cooped up in its cage. The ballerina, seeing this happen; told the lion, "Maybe it wasn't your fault," but deep down, the lion was insecure.
How could it be treated like that?
There were days when the ringmaster and the others would talk, and as the lion passes, everyone falls silent.
Finally, the lion decided to leave the circus. Saying farewell to the lovely ballerina and the funny bear that stood by it whether in ups or downs, the lion went on a journey of self-discovery. Once in awhile, it would meet the ballerina and the bear to exchange some memories.
About a few months later, the ballerina tells the lion, "The circus's anniversary is coming, would you like to come?"
The lion was in dilemma, shall it go, for the sake of old times, but face the heartache? Or shall it not go, just so that it wouldn't ruin the fun, after all, the ringmaster wouldn't notice it.
What should the lion do? *If you were in its paws~ Leave me a comment about what you think it should do! :D*
